Anja Treichel studied Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies, German as a Foreign/Second Language and Social Management. She is a certified systemic coach and an NLP master practitioner.
Since the 1990s, she has worked as a volunteer in a range of initiatives which work to counter racism and support migrants. She worked as an advisor for those affected by right-wing violence in Wurzen (Saxony) from 2001 to 2005, and as an advisor and managing director for the Leipzig branch of the Verband binationaler Familien und Partnerschaften (Association of binational families and partnerships) from 2005-2017. She joined LAMSA in 2017, where she works not only as a project manager but also as the Department Manager for the Consultant and Education division.
Vu Thi Hoang Ha
Project Team Member
Vu Thi Hoang Ha has a degree in German Studies. She has many years of experience in providing Vietnamese immigrants with advice and support, as well as in helping to network various migrant organisations.
She has been involved in a range of projects at LAMSA since September 2015 and joined the “NEMSA” project in 2018 as a team member.

Victoria Baer studied Industrial Design at university of applied sciences. She has been actively involved as a volunteer in the field of anti-racism education for many years now, focussing on equality and the improved participation of those who have experienced racism. She also works as a trainer in the fields of empowerment and the active criticism of racism.
She joined LAMSA in 2018, where she works as a project assistant within the NEMSA project.

Dr. rer. nat. Khuzama Zena
Advisor (Halle & the surrounding area)
Dr. rer. nat. Khuzama Zena studied Educational Science before completing a degree in Industrial Psychology. Following this, she earned a doctorate in the field of Differential Psychology.
After completing her studies, she worked as a social worker for schools. She worked as a professor, academic supervisor and consultant at the University of Damascus from 2011 to 2016 before joining LAMSA in 2018, where she now works as a consultant within the NEMSA project.

Ina Wiederkehr studied Philology and Education with a focus on Social Education at the Martin-Luther-Universität in Halle-Wittenberg and works as an English and Russian teacher. She has worked with migrants and youths for many years now, as well as being actively involved in the field of adult education. In addition to providing advice on a range of educational issues, her main focus involves working together with parents and promoting intercultural awareness.
Ina Wiederkehr acts as an advisor within the NEMSA project.

Larissa Wallner has been actively promoting self-representation/articulation among migrants since studying Social Sciences and then completing a degree in Politics.
She has worked in LAMSA’s Democracy and Diversity and Volunteer Engagement divisions since joining the association in 2015. She has been providing support to parents as a NEMSA advisor since September 2018.

Noël Kaboré is a qualified trainer who has worked as a speaker in the fields of diversity, promoting more open intercultural dialogue, and challenging discrimination for many years. He is also a competence assessment coach (career counselling).
He has been working at NEMSA since 2019. In addition to his work at LAMSA e.V., he is currently studying Social Work at the Evangelische Hochschule in Dresden.

Advisor (Magdeburg & the surrounding area)
Aras Badr studied English and Literature and worked as a journalist for many years.
He worked as a voluntary language interpreter at the Immigrant Advice Centre in Burg before then working for the town administration in the same role from April 2018 to September 2019. Aras Badr has been working at LAMSA since January 2019 as a regional advisor for the NEMSA project in Magdeburg and the surrounding area.
